Group Accounting
Group Accounting is responsible for the timely and high-quality preparation of the consolidated financial statements and deals with international accounting topics on a daily basis. Our colleagues in Group Accounting steer the receivables management of the business units of TAKKT. Moreover, they are responsible for the monthly planning of balance sheet and cashflow as well as for valuation topics in M&A processes. In addition, Group Accounting checks the value of our business units or segments in the annual impairment test process.

Group Controlling
In Group Controlling, our colleagues support the management board in steering the business. This includes, among other things, monthly reporting, operational planning as well as the opportunity and risk management.

Group Continous Improvement & Lean
“Who stops being better stops being good.” True to this motto, Group Continous Improvement & Lean challenges familiar processes on a daily basis. Together with all employees, it searches for ways to continuously improve processes and solve problems.

Group Communications
Group Communications is responsible for the communication within our multinational group of companies. We provide a groupwide communications strategy as well as an integrated communications-mix. We work together with different Stakeholders from all our operating countries and organize company-wide events. Furthermore, as TAKKT is in a transformation process, it is our job to provide information on current changes for all employees.

Group Digital Finance
Group Digital Finance drives the digital transformation in Finance in our international Group. In project teams, we develop ideas and approach to optimize and digitize existing processes. This will strengthen the collaboration between our business units and TAKKT AG.

Group Human Resources
Group Human Resources is responsible for the employees of TAKKT AG and looks after their personal and professional development. As a consulting partner, we help TAKKT Group to make the right business decisions with a focus on people. To do this, we find and support our diverse talents and always try to break new ground.

Information Security Management System
We, the TAKKT information security team, implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the TAKKT Group. Our goal is to gather an overview over all our processes and identify relevant information and the IT-Systems processed. We work with many different colleagues and make sure everyone can work in a great technical environment.

Group Internal Audit
Group Internal Audit is in charge for the risk-oriented analysis of the company's internal processes, structures as well as the discovery of optimization potentials. In our assessments we identify risks, develop actions plans and define internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets. In a partnering approach we share knowledge amongst the Business Units of the TAKKT Group.

Group Legal
Group Legal supports and advises TAKKT Group on various corporate law issues and is dedicated to topics such as data protection, company law (including M&A), intellectual property rights (trade marks and design), insurance, compliance, corporate governance and more.

Group Strategy and M&A
The most important tasks of Group Strategy and M&A are the development and implementation of our Group's strategy. This also includes supporting the development and execution of the strategy of our divisions and our group functions. We collaborate with colleagues all over the international company group and really make an impact!

Group Treasury / Investor Relations
Group Treasury & Investor Relations responsibilities include group financing, hedging of interest rates and currency risks, as well as the regular financial market communications, including the preparation of our annual report.
