Together at a distance
Working through a pandemic is a challenge - one that we have learned to grow with. Find out how our everyday work life has changed and what you should know if you want to apply.
How has the Covid 19 pandemic affected us?
The Covid 19 pandemic resulted in various challenging topics. Nevertheless, together with our employees and customers we are adapting to the changed circumstances. There have been many changes in our working rountines since the start of the pandemic in 2020.

Remote Work
Before the pandemic, we already offered remote work options for our employees. Now, it has become more and more common to work remotely. We learned that we do not necessarily need to be in the office in order to do our jobs. A good balance between working from home and in the office is key for being happy and productive.

Work-Life-Balance
The new found balance between working from home and in the office tends to improve the general work life balance of our employees. The change in collaboration through virtual formats has driven the development of more flexible working models and strengthens the general trust we have in each other.

Digital Learning
We continue to have a high emphasis on learning and development - we just use digital formats more frequently. One of them is for example our aufTAKKT program which is composed of multiple digital workshops for professionals. There, our international groups meet up virtually to connect, to learn something new and to grow.

Stay Healthy
Digital health and sports formats like our active break help us to stay fit and healthy during these challenging times. There are many ways to exercise at home in order to stay healthy and happy. We care about the mental and physical health of our employees and provide options for online courses and counselling.

Collaboration
We give our best to stay in touch with our colleagues in face-to-face meetings as much as possible. Informal coffee breaks can really make a difference! But as long as we need to reduce direct interactions, digital formats are replacing face-to-face meetings and on-site project work. That's why we offer virtual formats to promote collaboration among colleagues despite the lack of face-to-face meetings, e.g. through our virtual coffee lottery.

Teamwork
We established our crisis team, which helps to ensure that everyone has a secure work environment and receives safety measurements such as tests and masks. The team regularly informs about changes and takes action based on the current situation.
Interviews in a virtual world
To keep everyone safe, we reduce the face-to-face contact during our current recrutings. If you are invited to a virtual interview, just check out our tips to prepare for it.

- Check your internet connection, your camera and microphone before starting the interview.
- If the connection fails, don't worry! Stay calm and try to dial in again or contact your recruiter by phone or email.
- Keep it business casual as there is no fixed dress code for our virtual interviews.
- And most importantly, stay authentic!
