(Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Corporate HR – Leadership Development & Learning

now full-time at our Stuttgart location with the possibility of mobile work


These responsibilities and tasks provide variety in your daily work:

  • Develop a Learning strategy including identification of capability levels and gaps
  • Design and continuously optimize the L&D curriculum for TAKKT Group
  • Strategically assess the capability and capacity of our leadership teams and support their development
  • Develop and deliver a program for executive and emerging leaders
  • Draw insights about learning and training market and align them to our customers’ needs
  • Facilitate internal learning events and workshops, deliver coaching and consulting
  • Monitor and evaluate learning impacts
  • Ensure partnership with our local HR departments and be an enabler and multiplier for our HR Community


This is the profile we are looking for:

  • Very good knowledge of effective best practice learning and development methods/techniques
  • Demonstrable experience in developing trainings for either classroom or on-the-job training
  • Proven experience of using and implementing e-learning platforms and learning management system
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of senior stakeholder management
  • Strong people manager with demonstrable ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
