Senior Manager – Group M&A (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

• Support the execution of the M&A strategy for the Group, the segments as well as for the Business Units
• Liaises with M&A advisors, potential targets and other deal sources to secure deal-flow
• Provides support for segments and BUs in M&A market screenings
• Analyse targets and assess strategic fit
• Execute or support activities to generate deal flow and to address potential targets
• Execute or support M&A transactions including organising, overseeing and supporting due diligence processes
• Develop business plans jointly with segments or/and Business Units
• Conduct company valuations and financial modelling
• Elaborate offer letters
• Prepare documents for the approval process
• Monitor PMI processes

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 (Manager) or 5 years (Senior-Manager) professional experience in the M&A department of an internationally active corporate, in M&A consulting, private equity or in transaction services
• Strong strategic and analytical mind
• Strong consulting attitude and communication skills
• Diligent and calm character
• Confidence and ability to challenge existing ways of operating and suggest new ways of working
• Ability to influence decision making
• Excellent team player and comfortable in a range of settings, with internal and external stakeholders
