Senior Manager – Group M&A (f/m/d)
Your Tasks:
- Support the execution of the M&A strategy for the Group, the segments as well as for the Business Units
- Liaises with M&A advisors, potential targets and other deal sources to secure deal-flow
- Provides support for segments and BUs in M&A market screenings
- Analyse targets and assess strategic fit
- Execute or support activities to generate deal flow and to address potential targets
- Execute or support M&A transactions including organising, overseeing and supporting due diligence processes
- Develop business plans jointly with segments or/and Business Units
- Conduct company valuations and financial modelling
- Elaborate offer letters
- Prepare documents for the approval process
- Monitor PMI processes
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 (Manager) or 5 years (Senior-Manager) professional experience in the M&A department of an internationally active corporate, in M&A consulting, private equity or in transaction services
- Strong strategic and analytical mind
- Strong consulting attitude and communication skills
- Diligent and calm character
- Confidence and ability to challenge existing ways of operating and suggest new ways of working
- Ability to influence decision making
- Excellent team player and comfortable in a range of settings, with internal and external stakeholders
