Driving the strategic transformation of TAKKT Group on two continents
Hands-on leadership and advisory support of value driver topics in the areas of sales, IT, HR, organisational structure, restructuring, pricing, e-commerce, sustainability, finance and operations
Reporting to the Group Management Board and Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG
Controlling of project success via key performance indicators and qualitative evaluation
Initiation and planning of strategic projects across functions, companies and countries
Establishment of standards and best practices in the areas of programme management and project management
Professional prioritisation of topics and methodical allocation of resources
Coordinating the implementation of our strategy in various international projects within the group
min. 2 years of professional experience in consulting, in the strategy department of an international company, in strategic project management or business development
University degree with a focus on economics, MBA or equivalent preferred
Very good skills in managing complex projects in a strategic context as well as outstanding organisational skills and experience in stakeholder management
Team spirit, motivation, ambition and enjoyment of challenges
Fluent German and English as well as strong intercultural skills, other foreign languages an advantage
