We are looking for two colleagues who are passionate about impacting a high growth and dynamic organization through a strategic partnership for one of the following areas: our headquarter (TAKKT AG) with a focus on our international group function HR and for our international group function Technology & Data.
Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) for Technology & Data or for our Headquarter with focus on HR
Full-time with immediate effect in Stuttgart with flexible working hours and mobile working
Collaborate with business leaders to interpret business needs and enable management to understand and manage their financial situation
Own the development of financial models and analysis to support initiatives with a focus on your specific area of responsibility
Drive the development and maintenance of reporting systems based on requests from decision makers
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI
Initiate, drive, and challenge the budgeting for your respective area of responsibility
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities
Conduct project controlling and drive own projects

Min. 3 years of experience in Finance with focus on cost center controlling
A high affinity for either people and talent or for Technology & Data and passion to drive these topics from a financial perspective
Experience in the development and implementation of reporting systems
Good understanding of financial modeling
Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills with a business oriented and analytical mindset
Project Management experience
University degree in business administration, economics or similar field
Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
