(Senior) HR Business Partner International (m/f/d)
Full-time with immediate effect in Stuttgart with flexible working hours and mobile working
Your Tasks:
- You collaborate with multinational business leaders to interpret business needs and people priorities and contribute to the design and/or integration of the holistic organizational plan (i.e., talent, structure, culture, process)
- You act as a partner and challenger (m/f/d) to the business and consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- You contribute to the realization of our HR strategy to achieve business objectives and support our leaders in strategic HR topics
- You analyze trends and metrics in partnership with our HR Center of Competences to develop solutions, programs, and policies (i.e. for Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition)
- You ensure high quality HR processes (i.e. Salary Review, Performance Review) and manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- You align staff to business objectives, enhance staff performance, support employee development and plan HR initiatives
- You drive our organizational change and enable our leaders
Your Profile:
- Min. 4 years of experience in a dynamic HR environment as an HR Business Partner or an HR Manager
- University degree with reference to HRM or a comparable education
- High customer focus and a creative and business-oriented mindset
- Both people oriented and analytical skill-set to drive actions throughout the company with a strong stakeholder orientation
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, persuasion and team orientation
- Knowledge in German labor law useful
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
