Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (m/f/d)
Full-time with immediate effect at our locations in Germany or Europe with flexible working hours and mobile working
Your tasks:
Employer Branding
- Develop and implement a global employer branding strategy for TAKKT Group, taking into consideration current brands, cultures and locations
- Follow up on employer branding strategy with a comprehensive concept and action plan to ensure well placed employer brand(s) in the market
- Work together closely with HR colleagues and our Communications team
Talent Acquisition
- Lead and develop a diverse and skilled team of up to 5 recruiters throughout Europe and ensure efficient recruiting operations
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and own the group wide talent acquisition process
- Set up an initially pan-European recruiting approach including the initial selection and continuous refinement of mix of traditional and innovative recruiting methods and channels
- Ensure standards in terms of time, quality and quantity and maintain a well measured KPI-approach to recruiting
- Define and implement suitable diagnostical methods to ensure quality of hiring decisions throughout all hierarchies
- Liaise with hiring managers and business partners to understand needs
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Thereof at least 3 years in a leading (strategic) role
- Experience in the set up of an employer brand and its operational implementation
- Broad understanding of mechanisms and methods in attraction and recruiting as well as applicant tracking systems
- “Outside the box" thinker with creativity i.e. thinking beyond standard tools/methods and a can-do attitude to ensure your customers are receiving a great service
- Good understanding of diagnostical methods in hiring decisions, process optimization and a high focus on KPIs
- Ability to lead and develop teams virtually
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
