With direct impact on our employees and business, this is a role for a creative mind, an implementer and an expert in Lean and Continuous Improvement who wants to contribute and collaborate with people all over the group.

 

Manager (m/f/d) Continuous Improvement & Lean

Here’s what to expect:

  • Design programs including trainings, methods and tools for our companywide TAKKT Operating Model (TOM)
  • As hands-on trainer, facilitate trainings for managers and employees along with analyzing feedback from the trainings to identify opportunities and improve our processes
  • Collaborate closely with employees on all levels as well as guide and mentor teams regarding TOM, Lean thinking and Continuous Improvement activities in our company group
  • Coach our global leadership team during the companywide change process
  • Support and work with our business units to help implement reporting measures, value stream management and Kaizen workshops
  • Monitor data and metrics to identify improvement potential and prioritize the development and implementation of solutions

Here’s what you bring to the table:

  • Master’s Degree in economics engineering, industrial management or similar
  • Proven professional experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement and curiosity to learn and grow
  • Outstanding skills in team and workshop moderation of diverse groups, presentation and engaging others
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Experience and interest in change management
  • Analytical thinking in combination with a hands-on approach and problem-solving skills
  • Certificates in Lean (Six Sigma) or industrial engineering preferred
