We are TAKKT AG, a management holding with around 50 employees based in Stuttgart.

In addition to providing strategic support to our companies, our goal is to secure and further expand a stable and growth-oriented group of mail order specialists in the long term. Communication among each other as well as transparency about current topics are important to us: We regularly meet for stand-up meetings in which we inform about ongoing projects and planned strategies. Everyone contributes their talents and skills to advance the digital transformation in the TAKKT Group. Responsibility and the freedom to proactively shape one's own job are principles that guide our actions.

TAKKT Group leads B2B distance retailer for business equipment in Europe and North America. The Group is represented with its brands in more than 25 countries.

The companies and brands of TAKKT operate in attractive fragmented markets in the area of B2B distance selling. They mainly concentrate on the sale of long-lasting equipment at stable prices to business customers in different industries and regions.

The product range of the subsidiaries comprises over one million products from the areas of business and warehouse equipment, office furniture, transport packaging, display items, equipment for the food service, hotel market and retail.

TicTalks
TicTalk stands for Talk - Interact - Collaborate and is a format to share knowledge and current ongoings in our business. This format helps to reduce silos as every colleague at TAKKT AG can present topics of their choice and keep others informed of their current projects.
Stand ups
Everyone at TAKKT AG - from interns to board members - meets up in our stand up meetings every month. We exchange news and get the chance to ask our board about current topics and developments. It is important to stay informed on various types of business content and we provide opportunities to do so.
Afterwork
It's great to meet colleagues and have fun together! Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we cannot meet each other in person to socialize. That's why we meet up virtually at some events, e.g. on this year's International Women's Day, to keep in touch and stay connected.
Interdisciplinary Project Groups
Diverse groups get the best results! Therefore, we encourage interdisciplinary project groups to work together on many topics, such as our employee engangement group. This group for example teams up from many different departments to work on all topics related to our employees' well-being and engagement.
TAKKT AG is majority-owned by Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH. For TAKKT, Haniel as an anchor shareholder supports us in implementing our long-term strategy. As an employee at TAKKT Group, you also benefit from the diverse and professional network of the Duisburg holding company as well as from the training opportunities at Haniel Academy.
Coffee Lottery
We all miss meeting our colleagues at the coffee machine at work and having a chat! In order to foster the social ties between colleagues of different departments, we offer a coffee lottery. Every two months we bring people together who don't work in the same teams or projects and let them enjoy a nice virtual coffee break.
